Managing Partner: 

Steven Kramer, LUTCF®, CLTC

Steve started his career with New York Life Insurance Company in December 1989 in the South Florida General Office.  His prior experience was in the automotive industry as the youngest sales manager for The Nissan Corporation.  At the age of 25, Steve decided to follow his father's footsteps and join New York Life. His father, Melvin Kramer, was a successful New York Life agent for 30 years. 

After 8 years as an agent in the South Florida General Office, Steve was invited to join the management team as a Partner. Steve won numerous awards during his time as a Partner such as the South Central Zone Recruiting Award in February 2000 and September 2001, The National Sales Managers Grand Slam Recruiting Campaign, the Sales Managers Summit for 1999 and 2000 and the GAMA National Recruiting Award.  In September 2001, Steve was promoted to Senior Partner in the South Florida General Office.  He was ranked #1 Partner in the Company during this time and also ranked in the top 5 Senior Partners in the Company.

Steve was promoted to Managing Partner of the Milwaukee General Office in November 2004.  He grew the Milwaukee Office with manpower growth of 25% per year and won the Whole Life Persistency Trophy in 2005 for the best life persistency in the country.  Steve was so successful in growing the Milwaukee Office, he was promoted to the Managing Partner of the Tampa General Office in May 2009.  The Tampa office is growing and hitting new records under Steve's leadership.


Executive Partner:

Consra Rosales Pacheco

Consra joined New York life in September 2012 in Orlando, Florida after holding several leadership positions as an Accountant both in Venezuela and the US. As an agent she quickly achieved two Councils1 by 2013. This year she also achieved the following sales achievement awards;  Life Career Success, Life Producer, Life Foundation Award, Centurion, New Org Agent of the Year, Life Case Rate Leader, and MDRT2. In January 2014, Consra was promoted to Partner achieving Gathering of Eagles and View from the Top in 2014 and 2015 and was named Partner of the year for the South-Central Zone in 2015.

In addition, through her service of the Hispanic community, she achieved the Presidente Award from the Hispanic Business Council and the prestigious Orgullo Hispano (Hispanic Pride award) from Univision.  In September 2016 Consra was promoted to Sr. Partner of the Orlando General Office. This year the Orlando GO achieved three trophies including the distinguished View from the Top.  In May 2017 Consra was promoted to Managing Partner of the Nashville GO. She earned the prestigious Four-under-Forty award from NAIFA’s Advisor Today for 2019.

Consra accepted her latest promotion to Executive Partner of the Tampa GO in November 2019. Her husband Daniel and her two children, Valeska and Samuel are very exited to become a part of the New York Life family in Tampa.

Lyle Stander, ChFC®, CLF®

Lyle Stander has been in the Financial Services industry since 1992. As a sales agent he qualified for numerous sales leaders’ awards and trips. He has been in various leadership positions since 2000 and joined New York Life as a Partner in 2008.

Mr. Stander has earned the distinguished ChFC® and CLF® designations from the American College. He also has a Bachelors of Science degree in Journalism from Syracuse University. He is registered with FINRA with Series 6 and 63 licenses and is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. 



Sonja Gaiter

Sonja Gaiter is a Partner providing sophisticated client services to individuals and families since 1994.  Beginning in Clearwater Florida as a Career Agent, her expertise includes maximizing financial portfolios with insurance plans across the health, life, and annuity categories. Sonja joined The New York Life Insurance Company with a continued commitment in creating financial legacies for her clients and earned the Partner appointment at the Tampa General Office in 2017. Currently, she is responsible for the on-going recruitment and development processes of the Tampa General Office Agents. She strategizes performance analyses with Agents, including the support of specialized case-by-case management training to their encouragement. Sonja is registered with FINRA, holding both Series 6 and Series 63 licenses. She is also a two-year Executive Council* veteran and multi-year sales leader. Sonja Gaiter holds both an MBA in Healthcare Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (with honors) from Saint Leo University.

Leonardo Mateus

Leonardo Mateus is a Partner at New York Life. He began his career with New York Life in 2015 as an agent in the Orlando General Office, after holding several leadership positions as a community leader in Colombia, his country of origin, and as a business man in the Music Industry in Latin America, receiving many International Awards. He qualified for numerous sales leaders’ awards and achieved Executive Councils in 2016 and 2017*. In 2017 he began a career in the training and development of New York Life agents as an Associate Partner and in 2018 he became a Partner.

Leonardo is a family man, married to New York Life established agent Mayra De la Torre and is blessed with two children; Alejandra, an 18-year-old Honors College student and Sara, an Honors High School student who is 16.

Bronson Kibler

Bronson Kibler has been in the financial industry for over 10 years helping individuals, families, and business owners create financial security with a strategic approach. He’s also an influential leader with success in building teams that go on to serve their own cities and communities. Bronson’s heart has always been to serve others and see them reach their goals and dreams. As a strong believer in whole life insurance, he loves the conservative yet versatile options that whole life provides for families and businesses as they create a foundation of protection and cash value accumulation. Bronson married his high school sweetheart, Carrie, 20 years ago and they reside in the Bradenton area with their two boys. He loves spending time with his family, and as an avid outdoors man he really enjoys fishing, bike riding, and the beach. 


District Agent:  

Curt Eskew

Curt Eskew, President of Eskew Financial Group has served his clients with their insurance, estate planning and wealth accumulation goals for over 36 years.  As a District Agent with New York Life Insurance Company, Investment Adviser Representative with Eagle Strategies LLC and member of The Nautilus Group ®, he provides financial planning services and investment advice to clients all over the country.Curt received his B.A. in Marketing from the University of South Florida.  He holds a Chartered Life Underwriter degree from The American College and is a Certified Long Term Care Planning Consultant.  In 2005 he served as President of the Agent Advisory Council for the New York Life Insurance Company and is a Lifetime and current Court of The Table member of the Million Dollar Round Table*. Curt has earned the distinguished honor of Chairman’s Council member for the last 17 years.

Senior Development Manager: 

Betsy E. Jerner, CLU®, ChFC®, MSFS

Betsy Jerner began her career with New York Life in 1980 as an agent in the Lexington General Office.  In 1982 she began a 24 year career in the training and development of New York Life agents.  Mrs. Jerner has a BA degree and MA degree in education.  She has earned the CLU® and ChFC® designations and a MS in Financial Services and holds an Advanced Business Planning Certificate from the American College.  Betsy re-opened her financial practice in 2006 and completed six successful years as an agent.  In those years she won the 2007 Woman Business Owner and 2008 Member of the Year from the National Association of Women Business Owners. Betsy is in charge of implementing all training and development for both new and established agents..


Administrative Manager: 

Melody Denning, FLMI, ALMI,AIAA,ACS

 Melody Denning began her career with New York Life in May 2003 as an Agency Assistant in the Greater Atlanta General Office. In April 2006 she moved to the New Business department under the High Performance Employee Program. Melody has an Associate of Applied Technology Degree in CIS from Chattahoochee Technical College and Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from Strayer University.   
Melody was promoted to Administrative Manager in the Mobile General Office in September 2008. In September 2010, Melody was promoted to the Tampa General Office as Administrative Manager.  She is responsible for the completion of all administrative and processing functions with respect to new business and related accounting.   As the immediate supervisor of the General Office clerical staff she provides training and guidance.
